The SIGNS

The SIGNS that PROVE
AUTHORITY

PROOF of AUTHORITY is important.

What “SIGNS” will convince you?

There are many accounts recorded in the Bible where people demanded miraculous SIGNS to be performed by those who were claiming to be sent by God.

Notice the answer that the Messiah provided as PROOF of His AUTHORITY and of being sent by God:

Jn 2:18-19
18 The Jews then said to Him, “What sign do You show us as your authority for doing these things?” 19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

Mt 12:38-40
38 Then some of the scribes and Pharisees said to Him, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.” 39 But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation craves for a sign; and yet no sign will be given to it but the sign of Jonah the prophet; 40 for just as JONAH WAS THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS IN THE BELLY OF THE SEA MONSTER, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Christ answered that the SIGN that PROVES AUTHORITY is the FULFILLMENT of God’s HOLYDAYS, which in this case, Christ was referring specifically to the FULFILLMENT of HOLYDAY 1 by the Christ dying and then being resurrected as Our Passover.

But in another incident, the Messiah answered the demand for PROOF with a question of His own, to expose the true motives of the demand of the religious “authorities” of that time:

Mt 21:23-27
23 When He entered the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to Him while He was teaching, and said, “By what authority are You doing these things, and who gave You this authority?” 24 Jesus said to them, “I will also ask you one thing, which if you tell Me, I will also tell you by what authority I do these things. 25 “The baptism of John was from what source, from heaven or from men?” And they began reasoning among themselves, saying, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ He will say to us, ‘Then why did you not believe him?’ 26 “But if we say, ‘From men,’ we fear the people; for they all regard John as a prophet.” 27 And answering Jesus, they said, “We do not know.” He also said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.

The  religious “authorities” of that time, like today, do not want to lose THEIR AUTHORITY and CONTROL over other people. Notice their quandary.  Either way these “authorities” answered, they would lose some of that “authority”:

  • By admitting that John’s baptism was from heaven, they would then have to agree with John’s testimony that proclaimed Jesus as the Messiah, and therefore fully authorized by heaven also!

  • On the other hand, by saying that Johns’ baptism was merely from men, they would lose power by being “politically incorrect” in the eyes of the people who believed in John’s divine authority.

Jesus’s refusal to rely on sensational supernatural SIGNS, other than the Holydays, as PROOF of His identity and authority was settled in His climactic encounter with Satan the Devil just before Jesus began His public ministry and HOLYDAY 1 mission.  Notice how Jesus relied solely on God’s Word, and not on any sensational supernatural SIGNS, as PROOF of His identity and AUTHORITY:

Mt 4:3-4
3 And the tempter came and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.” 4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘MAN SHALL NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE, BUT ON EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.’ “

Faith and conviction come by hearing God’s Word – the message of GOOD NEWS about the HOLYDAY PLAN for a Divine Family Kingdom.

Rom 10:17
17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.

However, the PROOF of that GOOD NEWS MESSAGE comes from DOING that Word:

Jn 7:17
17 “If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know of the teaching, whether it is of God or whether I speak from Myself.

As an example of how the hearing of God’s Word leads to conviction, consider the Biblical account in Acts about how the Gentile people in Caesarea responded to the apostle Peters’s message about Christ.  These people miraculously received the Holy Spirit while Peter was just speaking to them about Christ and His message.  This event confirms Paul’s belief that the gospel message has power – that the convicting “power of God” is being transmitted by just hearing the gospel message!

Acts 10:44
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message.

Rom 1:16
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

That same convicting “power of God” in hearing the Gospel Message is still with us TODAY!

Heb 4:7
7 He again fixes a certain day, “Today,” saying through David after so long a time just as has been said before, “TODAY IF YOU HEAR HIS VOICE, DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS.”

Very soon now, The KEYS of HOLYDAYS 2 & 3 will open the door of that power and conviction to those God is now calling as the FIRSTFRUITS to marry His Son on HOLYDAY 3.

There is GREAT POWER in The KEYS of these TWO DIAGRAMS!

The “TWO-WITNESSES
TESTIMONY RULE

The “TWO-SEASONS
HARVEST PATTERN
(Spring/Fall = Church/World)

Remember, Christ only gave the FULFILLMENT of HOLYDAY 1 as the PROOF of His AUTHORITY.

Likewise, the messenger prophesied in Isaish 41:25-27 to proclaim the GOOD NEWS of HOLYDAYS 2 & 3 will only give the FULFILLMENT of HOLYDAYS 2 & 3 as the PROOF of his AUTHORITY.

Isaish 41:25-27
25 “I have aroused one from the north, and he has come; From the rising of the sun he will call on My name; And he will come upon rulers as upon mortar, Even as the potter treads clay.” 26 Who has declared this from the beginning, that we might know? Or from former times, that we may say, “He is right!”? Surely there was no one who declared, Surely there was no one who proclaimed, Surely there was no one who heard your words. 27 “Formerly I said to Zion, ‘Behold, here they are.’ And to Jerusalem, ‘I will give a messenger of good news.’

Now, the messenger above has this same answer as Christ who cited HOLYDAY 1 as the SIGN and PROOF of AUTHORITY.

However, The SIGNS that PROVE the AUTHORITY of the Isaiah 41:27 messenger is the FULFILLMENT OF HOLYDAYS 2 & 3!

This is very important to realize:  The SIGNS that PROVE AUTHORITY are the HOLYDAYS being fulfilled in the exact order and timing given by the Creator God in Leviticus 23.  And these HOLYDAYS are commanded to be PERPETUAL STATUTES!

However, there will come a time during the “last days” when other “SIGNS” will be offered as PROOF of AUTHORITY:

Mt 24:24
24 “For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.

These “SIGNS” will be FAKE SIGNS for the purpose of deceiving people into following another plan besides the HOLYDAY PLAN of God.  The author of these FAKE SIGNS is Satan the Devil:

Rev 12:9; 13:13-14
9 And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.
13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men. 14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life.

So we can see that SIGNS, of themselves, in the form of sensational supernatural miracles, cannot be relied upon as PROOF of AUTHORITY from God.

There are only SEVEN SIGNS that PROVE AUTHORITY from God.

Believe and follow only the messengers that proclaim and rely upon the FULFILLMENT of God’s SEVEN HOLYDAYS STATUTES – The SIGNS that PROVE AUTHORITY!

Ezek 20:19-20
19 ‘I am the LORD your God; walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances and observe them. 20 ‘Sanctify My sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am the LORD your God.’
